or many couples this may be your first catered event; we will ask the right questions, guide you through the details, provide menu options, discuss schedule of events, and work with your Wedding/Venue coordinator to provide a delicious customized menu to help make it your perfect day! Being a preferred caterer at many venues we bring our understanding of venue requirements and logistics so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Your guests will feel as though nothing was spared with our delicious Slow-smoked premium meats, side dishes, salads and appetizers sure to please even the most discerning palate! We can also provide beverage, beer & wine service*. And our friendly and professional staff ensure the event will go off smoothly.
